RINA is currently seeking a HW Analog/Digital Engineer to contribute to its operations within the Space & Defence Division.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of a team focused on aerospace projects, your primary duties will encompass:
- Designing hardware for complex analog/digital boards;
- Creating impedance-controlled boards to manage and route high-speed analog signals;
- Developing interface boards for digital and analog sensors, including signal conditioning and DAC/ADC conversion;
- Designing signal front-ends, including equalization and re-driving;
- Ensuring signal and power integrity in designs;
- Conducting integration and testing activities in a laboratory setting;
- Performing analysis, simulation, and design of boards and components;
- Preparing comprehensive project documentation, including Technical Data Packages, Production Packages, Test Requirements, and Test Procedures;
- Presenting project technical reviews to clients.
Mission
To excel in Analog/Digital Hardware Design for aerospace onboard and ground systems.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering is required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in electronic hardware design, preferably within the avionics, space, or defense sectors;
- Proven experience managing EMI/EMC requirements for electronic equipment;
- Expertise in handling environmental requirements for electronic devices;
- Experience in equipment qualification activities.
Required Tools and Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic design tools (Altium preferred, other schematic design tools are acceptable);
- Experience with circuit and/or board layout simulators;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages:
- Fluency in English is essential.
