Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing memory-array characterization techniques, analyzing electrical test results, and driving improvements to cell performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement memory-array characterization techniques to improve cell performance and reliability.
  • Analyze electrical test results to identify areas for improvement and drive changes to cell design and process.
  • Participate in the debug, design, simulation, and implementation of circuit and process changes during the development of prototype memory products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Process Development, and Product Engineering, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics.
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, and NOR.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuits.
  • Proficiency in electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
  • Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products.
  • Experience in software and hardware for automatic measurements setup.
  • Experience in data analysis with statistical tools and physical modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a team on complex matters.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent oral and written English.
  • Above-average clarity in presenting data to a broad audience.
