About the Role
The PLM Senior Program/Project Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the business community, driving digital transformation through integrated processes, data, and systems across various functional groups and sub-groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Digital PLM platform implementation in alignment with the IT strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement core Product Lifecycle and Data Management solutions.
- Lead the development of business processes, including Engineering release, configuration management, EBoM and MBoM management.
- Drive the integration of various systems, including xCAD/CAM, Systems Engineering, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Provide thought leadership and vision for the technology demand within the business community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
- At least 7 years of experience in designing and implementing core Product Lifecycle and Data Management solutions.
- Proven experience in PLM business process management, including Engineering release, configuration management, EBoM and MBoM management.
- Experience with building and delivering large-scale, on-premise, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
