As a vital member of the Sales team, our Store Activators are tasked with fostering customer relationships and negotiating with Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station accounts across designated regions.

Our Store Activators are expected to fulfill all aspects of the Red Bull Perfect Store initiative, which includes ensuring product availability, enhancing visibility, and securing additional placements of Red Bull products to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

We trust you with the following responsibilities:

  • Efficiently cover all designated outlets at optimal frequencies while managing costs effectively. Oversee and develop your assigned area.
  • Maintain and enhance Perfect Store standards with a focus on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging. Build strong relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication and influence decision-makers with compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  • Drive store-level orders to ensure the availability of the Red Bull product range. Maintain appropriate stock levels to guarantee proper product availability and visibility for consumers.
  • Ensure the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull is secured and improved where possible. This includes the strategic placement of POS materials, ensuring they are correctly positioned and maintained across all outlets, particularly in ethnic accounts. Confirm that agreed promotions are implemented from day one.
  • Measure, track, and audit key in-store metrics using specific digital tools. Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and punctually.
  • Exhibit a growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Possess the ability to cultivate and manage positive relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in managing ethnic points of sale. Proficiency in English is required.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time.
