Technical Oversight:
Direct the engineering design of solar energy systems, ensuring the selection of optimal technologies, components, and equipment necessary for effective installation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering teams to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Feasibility Analysis:
Lead comprehensive assessments of photovoltaic projects, focusing on technical and economic viability, performance evaluations, energy yield predictions, and risk management.
Supplier Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to guarantee the timely provision of materials and services essential for the construction of solar systems.
Installation Supervision:
Oversee installation and commissioning processes, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance the efficiency of photovoltaic system operations and maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in renewable energy or solar technologies is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic energy sector, demonstrating a successful track record in the development and management of large-scale solar projects.
- Profound understanding of the design, engineering, and operational principles of photovoltaic systems, along with relevant technologies and equipment.
- Proven project management skills, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a knack for resolving complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with safety and quality regulations pertinent to photovoltaic systems.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
