We are Lenovo, a global technology powerhouse, seeking a skilled Paid Social and Search Media Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Media COE, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for brand and sub-brand campaigns across social media and search platforms.

About the Role

As a Paid Social and Search Media Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies for brand and sub-brand campaigns across social media and search platforms
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and target audiences
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key social media partners
  • Analyze project briefs and objectives for social and search media activations
  • Recommend budgets, timelines, and optimization strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks
  • Explore novel approaches to maximize impact
  • Manage multiple campaigns across various countries (EMEA region)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years managing paid social and search campaigns
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign trafficking, QA processes, and performance monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Track campaign performance and define optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with running campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Discord
  • Proficiency in campaign trafficking, social ad formats, conversion pixels, and UTM tracking
  • Fluent in English and Italian
