Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Food Safety Specialist to join our team in Nogara, Italy. As a Quality and Food Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance team in various activities related to food safety and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Support the revision of the HACCP manual
- Support the revision of internal documents related to the ISO quality system
- Support the revision of checklists for internal audits in the field of hygiene
- Archiving and reviewing documents related to the calibration process of safety-related food instruments
- Support the sensory analysis program
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Basic knowledge of certification systems, particularly FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of the HACCP system
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
