As part of SumUp's strategic growth initiative, we are expanding our Field Sales operations in Europe. To support our ambitious goals, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, offering opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities and roles within SumUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Field Sales positions across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Design and implement effective employer branding initiatives to enhance SumUp's reputation as an attractive employer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in driving hiring initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian).
