Job Summary

PSI is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead global clinical research projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of project responsibilities, including project planning, team management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects in various therapeutic areas, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and manage multi-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and biostatistics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research project management, with a focus on global projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, including Phase II and III clinical trials.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ICH GCP and FDA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture systems.
