Job Summary
Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Project Material Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project core team, you will be responsible for coordinating and securing QCD commitments within the Material Scope (Metier) in Project Execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate QCD commitments with project stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage industrial scope assigned by the DIS project, ensuring that products are delivered according to project QCD commitments.
- Act as an interface between Procurement and Operations/Supply Chain functions, representing the Industrial Operations organization within the project core team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or industrial management roles, with a strong background in Industrial Operations.
- Consolidated knowledge and experience in Industrial Operations, with a focus on supply chain management and procurement.
- Professional knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and office automation software (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong teamworking and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with various departments and external suppliers.
