Key Responsibilities

The BC Advocacy & Influence Management will be responsible for developing the brand's social strategy to strengthen its positioning in terms of reach, engagement, and consumer trust. This role will involve:

  • Identifying and partnering with top influencers and brand ambassadors to align with the brand strategy and division plan.
  • Developing and implementing digital activations for brand ambassadors and influencers within the assigned budget.
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and digital advocacy results for reference brands and the hair category, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Creating and managing micro-communities, identifying local communities, and scouting and activating micro and nano influencers relevant to the brands.
  • Developing strategies to encourage user-generated content (UGC) and managing relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Collaborating with OBM on UGC proposals to push in media for activation of boosted contents.
  • Monitoring social listening, analyzing competition, and creating best practices to share with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting eKAM/Emerch team for social commerce and beauty player multidiv activations, value match control under the supervision of the PPD Communication & Advocacy Mgr.

Requirements

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, social media, and digital advocacy, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends.
