About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Information Technology discipline and manage a team of IT resources. The successful candidate will be accountable for day-to-day hotel and company office IT operations, providing support to operations leaders for owner relations and negotiations on IT matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and operate Information Technology (IT) discipline, managing a team of IT resources and overseeing day-to-day hotel and company office IT operations.
  • Provide support to operations leaders for owner relations and negotiations on IT matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services and products.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and report on IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Hotel or Hospitality Management education, with awareness of global hospitality technology trends.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Associate Supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading IT teams and managing IT operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
