Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust and scalable manufacturing processes for our sterile products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet or exceed product quality targets, while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Technical Documentation: Write clear and concise technical protocols, SOPs, and reports to support manufacturing operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and manufacturing to ensure seamless process implementation.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and scientific literature to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicinal Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related scientific field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on sterile product development and manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, GLP compliance, and manufacturing operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
