Overview

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing invoice entries, performing reconciliations, and overseeing allocations. This role will report directly to the team leader.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Registering invoices without prior orders.
  • Documenting international invoices.
  • Processing intercompany invoice entries.
  • Conducting intercompany reconciliations (Matrix).
  • Managing overdue accounts.
  • Handling monthly deferrals.
  • Overseeing warehouse transactions.
  • Working with professionals and stock oil.
  • Performing supplier reconciliations.
  • Managing pricing units.
  • Administering transfer pricing.
  • Reconciling withholding accounts and CU.
  • Managing guarantees.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficient understanding of cost accounting and taxation principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Excel and other office software.
