Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fired Heaters and Boilers Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Technical Analysis and Alignment: Conduct thorough technical analysis and alignment of received bids to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Material Requisition and Purchase: Prepare and manage material requisitions for purchase, ensuring timely and qualitative delivery.
- Project Technical Specifications: Collaborate with other disciplines to prepare project technical specifications, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines.
- Vendor Interface and Communication: Act as the main interface with suppliers during the detailed engineering phase, ensuring proper communication and coordination.
- Reporting and Adherence: Provide timely reporting on engineering/requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer, ensuring adherence to committed man/hours and budget.
- Quality and HSE Objectives: Ensure respect for quality and HSE objectives of the project, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering: A degree in Engineering is required, with a focus on Fired Heaters Equipment Engineering or a related field.
- Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Fired Heaters Equipment Engineering, with knowledge of main international codes for mechanical design of process fired heaters (API 560, 535, etc.) and boilers combustion equipment (API 538, ASME BPV Section I, ASME Section VIII, etc.).
- Language Skills: English C1 proficiency is required.
