Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple YouTube channels on a daily basis, ensuring seamless content upload and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize and publish pilot video content, driving engagement and views.
  • Streamline and establish efficient scheduling workflows to maximize content reach.
  • Create high-quality thumbnails that capture audience attention.
  • Work closely with our internal content management system to ensure smooth content deployment.
  • Monitor optimization effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Engage with online communities through YouTube comments, Community posts, and YouTube Stories, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to re-optimize archive content, ensuring maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in editorial, media, or creative environments, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced understanding of the YouTube algorithm and expertise in YouTube Analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn, iterate, and grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
