Discover Your Opportunities Objective of the Role

The role involves overseeing, gathering, and disseminating all multimedia materials for television and various infotainment channels.

Key Duties
  • Overseeing all multimedia assets, with a focus on revenue generation and onboard marketing strategies.
  • Gathering essential information and materials from different departments.
  • Producing clips and promotional content to boost onboard revenue and provide general information.
  • Maintaining and updating all infotainment platforms (ITV, totems, Costa virtual plaza, LED screens, and other informational displays such as those at Guest Services and the Excursion Office).
  • Collaborating closely with all onboard departments requiring advertising, ensuring timely receipt of information and details regarding upcoming promotions from each manager.
  • Verifying that all published materials are current and relevant.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Costa Identity manual in all published content.
  • Exercising utmost caution and adherence to security protocols onboard, recognizing that improper use or alterations to systems may pose significant risks to personnel.
  • Reporting any equipment issues to the Head Technician, in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with a focus on graphic arts, video production, and communication.
  • Proven experience in editing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in video and graphic tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Strong creativity and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
