Job Overview

Are You Prepared?

Do you possess the capability to oversee assessments for real estate portfolios, standalone properties, land, and distressed loans? Is your enthusiasm rooted in Valuation within the Real Estate industry? Are you inclined towards data analysis and oversight? Do you prioritize precise reporting?

Your Role

You will assist the team in evaluating the Valuation Report. Your objective will be to grasp the valuation methodology, timelines, and underlying assumptions. Additionally, you will collaborate within a compact team and gain insights into managing the evaluation workflow and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in architecture, engineering, or economics
  • Keen interest in the Real Estate sector
  • Understanding of the valuation process
  • Proficient in English at a B2 level
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong collaborative spirit
  • Willingness to conduct inspections across Italy
  • Preferred: experience in reporting activities
