YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are in search of dynamic, inquisitive, and proactive individuals to join our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), the birthplace of our Company.
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will serve as the key authority on surface modification processes, including barreling and polishing. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Addressing challenges and implementing enhancements in surface modification processes.
- Developing and executing technological roadmaps for surface modification.
- Collaborating with suppliers to introduce new processes.
- Actively participating in the standardization of processes across the global organization.
- Identifying and executing initiatives for cost savings.
- Acting as a consultant on surface-related topics for both internal specialists and external stakeholders.
- Supporting improvements and initiatives in surface modification processes.

- Previous experience in process, manufacturing, and automation engineering is valued.
- You hold a degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
- You have foundational knowledge of Metrology.

- You can effectively organize your time and tasks to achieve results.
- You possess strong facilitation and communication skills.
