Adecco Torino is seeking a Logistics and Venue Management Specialist to support the Event Management team in the organization of the 2025 Winter Universiade in Torino. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics and venue operations, ensuring the smooth execution of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of event materials and equipment.
- Venue Management: Assist in the setup and management of event venues, including the coordination of vendors and contractors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking of event materials.
- Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Event Setup: Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including the installation of event equipment and materials.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Driving License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous experience in event logistics, venue management, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Italian and English.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
