Takeda is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance activities and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- High school certification in a technical discipline (e.g. electrical, electronic, automation).
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and PLC programming.
- Familiarity with quality management and GxP regulations.
