Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EHS laws and regulations, conducting risk analyses, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies. The role requires a strong understanding of complex regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with EHS laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes
  • Act as a consultant during installation and commissioning phases for operational teams
  • Conduct risk analyses for products and projects
  • Define appropriate EHS training for employees
  • Contribute to the maintenance of ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies and processes
  • Support the legal department in all EHS compliance matters
  • Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are in place
  • Follow up on safety observations, near misses, and incident reporting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering, with a focus on HSE and technical orientation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in a manufacturing context
  • Italian native speaker with business/fluent English
  • Understanding of UNI EN ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001
  • ICT literacy of advanced level, including main office automation software and applications
