Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Stock Management Associate to join our team at PRADA. As a Sales and Stock Management Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting both sales and stock management functions, while embodying the brand's philosophy and values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service

Welcome and serve customers with a high level of professionalism, providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times.

Relationship Building

Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools to foster loyalty and drive sales.

Sales and Cross-Selling

Be proactive in cross-selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Product Knowledge

Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand and its products.

Customer Complaints

Effectively handle customer complaints, escalating issues to the line manager when necessary.

Store Maintenance

Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Security and Safety

Contribute to maintaining a high level of security, being vigilant to prevent product thefts and ensuring the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.

Inventory Management

Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.

Stock Takes and Product Flow

Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stock takes, ensuring accurate tracking through the SAP system.

Product Flow and Repairs

Manage product flow during repairs, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Stockroom Activities

Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns, guaranteeing accurate and efficient processing.

Returns and Transfers

Ensure timely and accurate processing of returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries, adhering to corporate guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a high affinity for luxury products, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A business or retail management degree or equivalent is a plus. Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design is essential.
