As part of the prestigious Marriott International family, we are seeking a dedicated Laundry Service Specialist to become an integral member of our pre-opening team, composed of modern and authentic hospitality professionals.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Director of Housekeeping, this position involves various laundry-related responsibilities that are essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • This is a full-time role, requiring commitment for 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Your Impact

As a key player in our housekeeping team, your attention to detail will ensure that every guest enjoys a pristine environment, from the softness of their linens to the freshness of their towels. Your efforts will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and oversee laundry machinery, ensuring proper usage of chemicals and maintenance of equipment.
  • Assess and manage stained or damaged items, determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Inspect the cleanliness of laundered items and organize them for distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records of laundry operations.
  • Utilize equipment effectively for uniform care.

Qualifications

  • A warm and approachable demeanor with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in laundry services is advantageous.
