As a Junior Finance Controller at Trane Technologies, you will be integral to the financial management of our distribution operations. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mindset, exceptional organizational abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and providing insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the coordination of internal and external audits.
- Maintain precise and current financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect financial data and aid in business decision-making.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

- Strong grasp of financial principles, accounting standards (US GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with financial software (Oracle) is advantageous.

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt to evolving business environments and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
- Languages: Proficiency in Italian and English.
