Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects in digital health and communication with pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including design and planning, progress verification, and strict adherence to delivery deadlines.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work team, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective communication.
  • Client Interface: Interface with pharmaceutical companies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Timeline Management: Meet shared timelines with clients for project releases.
  • Cost Management: Manage provider and service costs.
  • KPI Analysis: Develop and achieve internal KPIs, analyze KPIs in a timely manner, and introduce corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Economic Background: Economic Degree (Economic & Management, Marketing, Strategic & Management)
  • Technical Skills: High mastery in the use of the Microsoft package (Powerpoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English (minimum level B2); any other language is appreciated.
  • Digital and Communication Skills: Digital and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Interest in Digital Health: Interest in digital health is a must.
  • Practical Mindset: Ability to find practical, simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.
  • Flexibility and Motivation: Flexibility, ability to prioritize workload, and motivation to work in a young, dynamic, and fast-growing environment.
  • Agile and Forward-Thinking: Ability to thrive with your team, even while managing ambiguity and/or conflicting priorities and demands.
