About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD-CS Analyst to join our Global IT Coesia Competence Center. The successful candidate will work at our headquarters in Bologna, supporting the SAP COESIA implementation program and collaborating with business referents to prioritize goals, needs, and implement efficient ICT solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the SAP COESIA implementation program, working closely with the implementation team on next rollouts
  • Collaborate with external Application Maintenance Partners to resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues
  • Work with business referents to prioritize goals, needs, and implement efficient ICT solutions
  • Conduct business requirements analysis for change requests, chartering, prioritization, and business case preparation
  • Monitor system effectiveness and performance (KPIs) for assigned business processes
  • Lead the effort to manage and clean data in SAP
  • Provide proximity user support, acting as an IT Business Partner
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in implementing SAP SD/CS Processes in Engineering To Order context
  • Documented SAP experience and knowledge of SAP SD
  • Strong understanding of business processes and genuine interest in business development
  • Attitude to team working, problem-solving, customer orientation, and proactivity
  • Capability to manage a small team of internal resources
  • ABAP knowledge and ability to read and develop custom programs
  • Direct experience with SAP S4 HANA implementation projects
