Senior Consultant

Role Summary:

Insight is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients, managing transformation projects, and collaborating with Insight and other teams to identify and propose strategic solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on medium to large-scale projects for various clients, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and meeting client requirements.
• Design and configure solutions based on client needs, mapping requirements, and ensuring optimal configuration.
• Provide professional consulting services, focusing on optimizing solutions.
• Prepare statements of work aligned with client customization needs.
• Prepare demos and presentations for clients and provide training as needed.
• Work collaboratively in teams, supporting teammates, and promoting a culture of sharing and learning.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the Modern Workplace/M365 field.
• Strong experience in a consulting environment on structured projects.
• Project experience in migration, optimization, advisory, security, including presenting workshops and demos.
• Experience leading projects as tech lead and/or technical reference in the Modern Workplace field.
• Experience in the pre-sales process: technical support for sales in building offers.
• Coaching experience for junior figures.
• Experience in drafting project documentation and offers in Word and PowerPoint formats.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
