Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled System Defence Engineering Specialist to join its team in the Space & Defence Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored system solutions that meet specific requirements and provide added value through design and process optimization and efficiency.
  • Define and allocate clear and comprehensive system requirements, working with client stakeholders and end-users to understand system needs.
  • Develop and maintain system specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of requirements.
  • Manage changes in system requirements during the development process, ensuring they are evaluated, documented, and implemented appropriately.

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of front-edge technologies and Space & Defence systems.
  • Experience in drafting system requirements for air/naval defense systems.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Familiarity with best practices and methodologies in systems engineering, including military and industry standards.
  • Ability to analyze and process data and represent them synthetically.
  • Proficiency in using engineering tools, such as IBM DOORS and Microsoft Office Suite.
