Descrizione del Ruolo

La nostra azienda, Gi Group SpA Filiale di Roma Nazionale, è alla ricerca di un professionista per il ruolo di Junior After Sales Service Specialist. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione delle richieste dei clienti, della gestione delle garanzie e del servizio post-vendita.

Responsabilità

  • Gestire le richieste dei clienti e risolvere i problemi relativi al servizio post-vendita;
  • Verificare e gestire le garanzie dei prodotti;
  • Supportare gli analisti del reparto nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti;
  • Organizzare e aggiornare i report relativi al servizio post-vendita;
  • Eseguire analisi qualitative e quantitative per migliorare il servizio post-vendita;
  • Esaminare e pubblicare bollettini e comunicazioni relative alle garanzie;
  • Gestire la reportistica del progetto Lifetime Nissan Assistance;
  • Aggiornare il Manuale delle Procedure e Politiche della Garanzia.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in ingegneria oppure in economia;
  • Buona conoscenza del PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Ottime capacità analitiche;
  • Inglese fluente;
  • Capacità di lavorare autonomamente e/o in team;
  • Attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali per rapportarsi al sales interno e ai clienti.
