Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues;
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices;
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste;
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials and components meet quality standards;
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices;
- Develop and implement a quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field;
- Proven track record of improving quality and reducing defects;
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
