About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team in Bologna, Italy. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our data management and product selection activities, with a focus on UCITS funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and selection of UCITS funds
  • Contribute to the development of quantitative methodologies
  • Support the data management team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data
  • Collaborate with the product selection team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and data providers
Requirements
  • Degree in economics, finance, or a related field with excellent grades
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and associated risks
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of programming languages and data analysis tools (e.g., Matlab, Python, Access, VBA)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
