We are seeking a Junior Member who will work closely with our College Director to develop and implement a strategic vision for innovation in Education in Italy and other strategic countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with College Director to identify organizational needs and develop strategic solutions.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to support business development initiatives.
  3. Design and implement new relationships with education institutions and business partners.
  4. Assist in the organization and execution of business processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. Law, Economics, Marketing).
  2. Interest in the educational field and a passion for innovation.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  4. Practical and fast learner with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  5. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to provide excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
