Key Responsibilities- Study FPGA requirements to understand verification needs and develop a comprehensive verification plan.
- Collaborate with the FPGA design team to establish test priorities, coverage targets, and verification methodologies.
- Define and implement test procedures, including the development of VHDL test benches.
- Establish and maintain a verification infrastructure, including models, generators, monitors, and regression testing.
- Develop and execute test procedures through simulations and on-target tests, generating reports and verification matrices to ensure coverage of requirements.
- Support project planning efforts, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with the team.
- Manage documentation and VHDL code in adherence to Configuration Management and Change Control procedures.
- Conduct or participate in design reviews and support customer audits.
- Master's degree in an electronic engineering discipline or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience coding, simulating, and verifying VHDL code for FPGA.
- Experience with EDA tools, such as HDL simulators and FPGA design tools.
- Experience with FPGA testbenches development, laboratory instruments, and version control systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English language.
- Experience with Mentor Questasim and Xilinx Vivado.
- Knowledge of UVM/VMM/OVM Frameworks or System Verilog.
- Experience with IBM DOORS and Mentor Reqtracer.
- Experience with DO-254 standard and integration using SoC devices.
