Trigyn Technologies is seeking a skilled Cloud Reliability Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of cloud resources, including a vast array of subscriptions across Azure and AWS platforms.
• Deliver tier-3 technical assistance for cloud services, addressing intricate issues related to infrastructure, networking, security, and applications.
• Design and sustain cloud infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, while adhering to best practices for security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate cloud infrastructure performance, proactively resolving bottlenecks to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
• Drive enhancements in cloud infrastructure by identifying automation opportunities, optimizing resource usage, and integrating new services and features.
• Collaborate with various teams, including software development, operations, and security, to align on technical specifications, priorities, and schedules.
• Assist in architecting and constructing cloud solutions, encompassing cloud adoption strategies, management, monitoring, and data center transitions.
• Offer insights for cost reduction strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide round-the-clock support for critical incidents and conduct root cause analyses for post-incident evaluations.
• Prepare technical documentation to facilitate administrative tasks.
• Share expertise and provide mentorship to team members.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years in a Cloud Reliability Engineer role or similar (SRE).
• At least 5 years of experience managing Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure engineering, particularly with Azure or AWS technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, and PaaS offerings.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration Management tools (Terraform/Ansible).
• Experience supporting cloud-native applications is advantageous (Containers/Kubernetes).
• Relevant cloud, automation, or container certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adeptness at troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
• A flexible, collaborative approach with a proactive mindset.
• Critical thinking and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
