Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to formulate and execute vital business initiatives.
  • Mentor leaders and advocate for employee interests.
  • Offer insights on talent management, organizational transformation, and more.
  • Establish operational strategies and oversee the local HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Create HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Guide leadership in talent development and succession planning.
  • Facilitate cultural change and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to share best practices and drive business initiatives.
  • Support leaders in matters of organizational development.
  • Consult on total rewards strategies to boost performance and engagement.

Scope of Work:

Engagement across multiple legal entities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A decade of HR experience with management of client groups.
  • Strong capabilities in talent management and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural setting.
