Sidel S.p.A. is dedicated to overseeing all operations at customer facilities during service and project interventions. The primary role is based at the customer site, complemented by back-office support for the Field Team and GPS office. Responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, and final testing of Sidel's End Of Line equipment, with a focus on automation technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the installation, commissioning, and final testing of Sidel's EOL (End Of Line) equipment, emphasizing automation technology.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer requirements to deliver informed advice and ensure satisfaction.
- Assess and validate equipment performance at customer facilities, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety standards.
- Manage, inspect, and address all non-conformities effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis on automation-related equipment issues, implementing recovery and corrective action plans.
- Prepare job progress charts and technical reports on a weekly basis, detailing completed activities.
Candidate Profile
- Technical education, with a degree in Electronic Engineering being advantageous.
- Proven experience with end-of-line machinery.
- Background in installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Understanding of electrical fundamentals related to safety equipment, sensors, motion control, servo drivers, and inverters.
- Proficiency in Siemens PLCs (S7, SCL, Tia Portal).
- Familiarity with PLC A&B is a plus.
- Experience with Elau motion control systems.
- Knowledge of Fanuc robotics.
- Competence in Siemens and A&B HMI with ZenOn applications.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in French is an advantage.
