Descrizione del Lavoro

La risorsa ricercata sarà inserita nella struttura di Governance dei Processi Aziendali, composta da tre aree principali che operano in sinergia per supportare l'organizzazione aziendale nella gestione dei processi aziendali, nella pianificazione e gestione dei progetti e nel presidio delle attività legate all'acquisizione dei requisiti funzionali, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Strategica.

La risorsa ricercata, in qualità di un Business Project Manager, dovrà essere in grado di gestire e governare le esigenze manifestate dal Business così da analizzarne e definire i relativi requisiti funzionali al fine di veicolarne il contenuto per attivare la fase di analisi tecnica e successiva pianificazione.

Attività Principali
  • Raccogliere i requisiti di Business e tradurli in specifiche funzionali di dettaglio, considerando i possibili impatti sui processi E2E ed i sistemi aziendali con un focus sulla gestione di Progetti e/o sulla Manutenzione Correttiva/Evolutiva/Normativa del sistema di CRM Salesforce e delle sue interazioni con i sistemi legacy a contorno della mappa applicativa;
  • Valutare la congruenza dei requisiti funzionali con le strategie aziendali e gli impatti su altri progetti in corso;
  • Configurarsi come punto di contatto tra il Business e la Direzione Tecnologica aziendale occupandosi della categorizzazione e prioritizzazione delle esigenze;
  • Definire i singoli casi d'uso che compongono il Testbook da utilizzare a supporto della fase di User Acceptance Test;
  • Realizzare analisi e reportistiche relative all'andamento delle attività;
  • Monitorare ed essere responsabile nel perseguire gli obiettivi di tempi e qualità dei risultati relativi a progetti interfunzionali, progetti corporativi e/o regolamentari;
  • Collaborare con il BRM Tech per creare un piano di progetto chiaro e sostenibile al fine di monitorare le attività ed i progressi di tutti i team coinvolti, garantendo la delivery;
Requisiti
  • Laurea Magistrale in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria Gestionale;
  • Esperienza analoga di almeno 1/3 anni maturata preferibilmente presso realtà di consulenza e/o azienda;
  • Conoscenza tecnico funzionale di Salesforce (principalmente moduli Sales Service);
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office (Excel e Power Point in particolare);
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Forte propensione alle relazioni interpersonali;
