Job Summary

We are seeking a technical expert to join our Applications team, responsible for the development and implementation of KLA Inkjet tools in customer facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct printing tests on KLA inkjet equipment
  • Drive the development and support of new applications for inkjet printing in the electronic industry
  • Prepare data, develop printing recipes, set up and use machines
  • Create recipes for regular machine usage in production and customized recipes for specific customer cases
  • Study and analyze specific materials and processes for inkjet application
  • Perform lab experiments and tests, data analysis, and technical reporting
  • Analyze problems and troubleshoot in cooperation with other teams, and develop solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Perform BMTs (printing tests for new customers on different materials for different applications)

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Level Degree in Physical Sciences or Engineering field
  • Knowledge and ability to use CAM/CAD systems and graphic software
  • Ability to perform sophisticated data analysis using data-analysis tools, Excel, MATLAB, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of PCB and semiconductors production processes
  • Background in working experience in PCB and/or semiconductor field is preferable
  • Availability to travel (minimum of 4 times a year)
  • Learning ability, self-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills – Ability to build and maintain regular communication with KLA subsidiaries and customers
  • Teamwork ability
  • Languages: Fluent Italian, Fluent English (both written and spoken)

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 1 year of related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and 3 years of related work experience
