As the Lead Leasing Executive, you will oversee the seamless operation of the Leasing Department, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently to maximize profitability and align with the strategic objectives of Fidenza Village. This position is hybrid and is offered on a full-time permanent basis.
This opportunity is also open to candidates from protected categories in accordance with law 68/99, article 18.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, negotiate, and finalize financial and contractual agreements with strategically selected brands under the guidance of the Leasing Director.
• Oversee daily Leasing operations, ensuring they are executed according to established timelines and integrated with Village initiatives.
• Assist the Leasing Director in managing the annual budgeting process and contribute to strategic planning for Brand Mix and Acquisition.
• Participate in and report on commercialization discussions and Brand meetings, ensuring that follow-up actions are communicated effectively.
• Coordinate and facilitate commercial negotiations and manage all related documentation for deals at Fidenza.
• Collaborate with the Leasing and Retail Team to proactively enhance the brand mix at the Village.
• Work closely with the Retail Department to assess and monitor Brand performance metrics.
• Provide competitive analysis reports based on regular visits to competitors within the Italian market.
• Develop and contribute to impactful presentations aimed at promoting Fidenza Village externally.
• Support the Central Leasing & Commercialization Director in establishing and nurturing key Brand relationships.
• Share best practices with other European Villages and Central teams to enhance collaboration and leverage existing brand relationships.
• Cultivate effective relationships with Central Value Retail colleagues, including Brand Captains and the Leasing Team in the Bicester Collection.
• Utilize Value Retail systems and technology to fulfill the above responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, you will possess:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate, particularly in outlet markets and full-price retail, alongside a strong understanding of fashion and food & beverage brands.
• Significant local and/or international experience in Real Estate development or the establishment of new stores, franchises, or brands.
• A genuine passion for luxury fashion and an awareness of emerging trends in Food & Beverage.
• An extensive network of contacts within the fashion industry, particularly in Italian and international markets.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade senior executives from diverse backgrounds.
• A demonstrated capacity to operate with agility and an open mindset in a complex, multinational environment.
• Attention to detail and rigor in all negotiation processes and follow-up actions.
• Strong critical thinking skills to contribute innovative ideas to the business.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a positive attitude.
