Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our HR team and contribute to various HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding management, employee lifecycle management, and HR guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by handling job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline.
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures.
  • HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issues.
  • Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company.
  • HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A smart, positive, and humble attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
