The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemistry Expert to join our Technical Support team. As a Technical Application Scientist II, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, answering complex scientific inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services
  • Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies
  • Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information
  • Participate in additional special team or individual projects
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field
  • 1-5 years laboratory experience
  • Effective communication, both written and oral
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Proficient in Italian and English
