Join our team GipoNext and develop cloud-native, scalable, and secure applications to take our ecosystem to the next level. Our platform is built on ASP.NET and MSSQL, with a migration to.NET 8 and Angular 18. We use Azure PaaS, Docker, and other cloud services to scale our infrastructure.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in designing modern full-stack solutions, alternating between modular monolith and microservices architectures and using a Domain Driven Design approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to define the software architecture of new services and improve existing ones.
  • Work in a cross-functional team to analyze, plan, design, develop, and release new features.
  • Develop distributed, scalable, and testable software solutions, ready for cloud deployment.
  • Adopt a kaizen mindset to continuously improve your work and the team's.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts (design patterns, best practices).
  • Excellent C# and.NET skills.
  • Excellent understanding of unit and integration testing.
  • Experience in TypeScript and a SPA framework.
  • Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
  • Experience in ASP.NET Core.
  • Knowledge of database relational systems (Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Experience with GIT or similar technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with PaaS Microsoft Azure or other cloud providers.
  • Experience with Docker and containers.
  • Experience with ORM (Entity Framework or others).
  • Experience with event-driven and/or asynchronous frameworks (e.g., MassTransit, NServiceBus, etc.).
  • Experience with DDD and CQRS, Event Sourcing, and similar architectures.
  • Experience with state management for front-end applications (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and related tools.
Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following steps:

  • A 45-60 minute HR interview to assess soft skills and motivation.
  • A 60-minute technical interview with a tech profile.
  • Two additional steps with Gipo: a 90-minute interview with the team, including a technical test, and an offer call with the CEO and founder.
