We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics Team at AUTO1 Group GmbH. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Advanced Data Models: Design and implement complex data models to support business decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct In-Depth Business Analysis: Analyze business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Present Findings and Recommendations: Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior management, using clear and compelling visualizations and narratives.
- Improve Data Processes and Methodologies: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data processes and methodologies, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- High-Pressure Analytical Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-pressure analytical role in consulting, strategic business development, e-commerce, or tech startup.
- Data Analysis and Visualization Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, and statistical tools, with experience in data visualization using Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Business Acumen and Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, with a strong understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
