Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution and oversight of compatibility assessments between plastic materials and various chemical products, including perfumes, oil-based substances, and creams. This includes tasks such as filling containers, conducting tests under controlled environments, and documenting results.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Determine product specifications for customer containers, including suction tube lengths and bottleneck dimensions.
  • Perform compatibility tests on pumps and products supplied by clients.
  • Prepare Standard Investigation Reports regarding product specifications and technical management of complaints.
  • Ensure the laboratory maintains high standards of organization and cleanliness in accordance with 6S and internal protocols.
  • Analyze technical drawings and perform metrology on molded plastic components using non-contact optical microscopy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and utilizing key measuring instruments.
  • Familiarity with product specifications.
  • Basic understanding of assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Awareness of current environmental and safety regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision in work.
