We invite you to explore an exceptional opportunity as a Contract Logistics Automation Control Specialist. In this role, you will be integral to our innovative logistics operations, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge automated warehouse designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Your Role

As a pivotal member of the Systems team, you will manage troubleshooting processes for our automated systems while collaborating with a team of specialists.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with local Operations, Planning, Technical Engineers, and IT teams to optimize Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems and ensure effective project execution.
  • Assist the Contract Logistics System Manager in daily operations and ensure compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the control room operations, identifying areas for enhancement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor SCADA/WCS/WMS systems and cameras, providing escalation support for any technical issues to maintain the smooth operation of automated processes.
  • Report technical anomalies related to MHE systems to local Technical Engineers promptly, adhering to established priorities.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments, documenting equipment performance and developing prioritized action plans for improvement.
  • Create and implement reports on MHE systems to analyze operations and proactively identify potential issues.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in large-scale automated fulfillment operations, with a preference for eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail sectors, ideally within multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects related to the commissioning of automated systems, software integration, and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of automated systems such as SCADA and PLC, along with familiarity with WMS and WCS in operational settings.
  • Experience in data-driven environments that prioritize strict SLAs and deadlines, with the ability to effectively manage tasks using ticketing systems.
