YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are in search of dynamic, inquisitive, and driven individuals to contribute at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), the birthplace of our company.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will serve as the key resource for surface modification techniques such as barreling and polishing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing challenges and implementing enhancements in surface modification processes.
  • Developing and executing technological roadmaps for surface modifications.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to introduce new processes.
  • Contributing to the standardization of processes across the global organization.
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Acting as a consultant on surface-related topics for internal specialists and external partners.
  • Supporting initiatives aimed at improving surface modification processes.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You possess a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You embrace challenges and take your responsibilities seriously.
  • Previous experience in process, manufacturing, or automation engineering is valued.
  • A background in Materials or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with metrology is advantageous.

  • You excel in organizing your time and tasks effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential.
