Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

As part of the HQ Administration team, the Financial Reporting Analyst will facilitate comprehensive administrative services across various geographical clusters. This role is essential in ensuring the prompt completion of monthly financial closures and the submission of financial and management accounts (Reporting package) for designated countries, adhering to the HQ schedule and IFRS accounting standards:

  • Deliver services within the established timelines as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and standardized procedures
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding issues to meet critical deadlines
  • Maintain precise data in relevant systems
  • Supervise the monthly financial closure process for accounting activities

We prioritize our clients' needs, foster open communication, collaborate effectively as a team, provide exceptional service, and advocate for the virtual team approach.

Who are we looking for?

We are in search of candidates with experience in Audit firms and/or Multinational Corporations.

Key Role Expectations:

  • Work closely with the Reporting Team to assist local points of contact
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Engage in the simplification of processes and policies

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Audit or Multinational companies
  • Familiarity with general ledger regulations and IFRS accounting principles
  • Proficient IT skills: MS Office, SAP (MM, FI, CO)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to establish effective communication frameworks within the team
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Consistently meet deadlines with precision
