Our TeamWear Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Designer/Product Developer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for actively participating in concept development, proposing new technical solutions, translating concepts into technical drawings, and producing tech packs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality and fit consistency throughout the entire product and graphic design and development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development process of Alpinestars projects within the main seasonal collection and customized projects;
  • Monitor the production process of products during their product life cycle for multiple categories, with a special attention to details to achieve better prices without compromising quality;
  • Liaise with external suppliers, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders;
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining Bill of Materials and measurement charts, sharing those and any updates with suppliers;
  • Build manuals and guidelines to standardize the development process;
  • Responsible for the internal archive.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum Bachelor's education in Design/Product Development (Apparel) or relevant working experience in a related field, preferably in the sports-lifestyle industry. A knowledge and passion for motorsports are highly desirable. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of pattern making/grading, fluency in English, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software. The ability to provide 3D development solutions is advantageous. You should be flexible, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organized, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
