Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Agent to join our Front Office team at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. As a Night Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling room assignments and key cards
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Process payments and handle cash handling duties
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and front desk activity
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• European citizenship
• Background in luxury hotels
• English required
